Anadelis González
Anadelis has lupus, your contribution gives her access to medical consultations, medications, and laboratory; treatment which is necessary for her to live her life.
Morella del Valle Fornerino
Since she was 1 year old, Morella was diagnosed with infantile paralysis (poliomyelitis). With your help, Morella will be able to receive a prosthetic that will help her with her mobility.
Two ways to enter the raffle:
Rules
- Open only to Schiller Employees and their friends and families.
- Hub.io Health board members, staff, and their immediate family are not eligible to win the prize.
- You can enter the raffle from December 14 through December 30, 2021
- The winner will be drawn on December 30, at 2 PM EST
- Entry to the raffle does not require any purchase.
- You can receive an additional entry by donating a ticket to the Health Guardians Program.
- Limited to 1 additional entry and 1 donated ticket per person
- The winner will be drawn randomly electronically from the qualified entrants.
Prize: 50% of all net donation and ticket proceeds will be given as a prize in the form of a gift card to the winner. The winner will be contacted via email to receive their prize.
If a donated ticket is chosen as the winner, 50% of the donation proceeds will go to Hub.io Health's Health Guardians Program which directly helps people in need receive medical treatment.
Donation Proceeds is defined as all donations received from ticket purchases less 10% to cover administrative costs.
